Description Rosen Australia Pty Ltd is hiring for a Maintenance Technician Mechanic to assembles, repairs and tests equipment used for various kind of products & services and provide the associated documentation. As and when required, they will also prepare and execute field service activities.
Main Responsibilities Preparing and assembling the mechanic equipment in accordance to drawings, parts lists, manuals and configurations provided by Tool Customizer Visual checking of all mechanic modules Repairing equipment according to given instructions Checking all equipment for completeness and correct function, in order to ensure that the equipment fulfill the job requirements as specified. Documenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases, and reporting documentation problems Providing the required test reports and other documentation Supporting site personnel in mechanic matters Carrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions Prepare & Execute shipments between workshop and site. Confirm incoming & outgoing material is free from hazardous substances. Requirements Required Skills: Mechanically minded, good skills in assembling equipment Willingness to travel as per operational needs Good skills in using a variety of hand/ power tools Understanding of mechanical drawings Good communication skills Trouble shooting skills, ability to solve problems & look for improvements Education & Experience: Education/work experience with emphasis in mechanics Ability to pass medical checks as well as multiple client-site required drug and alcohol tests Proof of COVID Vaccine Our Offer The role is Full Time Employment and based in Melbourne, Australia.
