Maintenance Technician

HOURS: Day shift 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
Candidates need to be prepared to work night shift, which is Monday - Thursday 4:20 PM - 3:00 AM.

Requirements:
Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Systems.
Fault Finding Skills Electrical & Mechanical.
Recognised Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan work priorities, order required materials needed to complete tasks.
Ensure maintenance and all repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
Assist team members with tasks when required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as Industrial electrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory.
Hours of Work: Position will include working with the night shift teams.
Candidate must be prepared to work at weekends when required.
