About the PositionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will:
Ensure that the production plant and equipment within the Goodwill engineering factory are maintained and in continual and safe operation.Assist with modifying machinery to enable safe and effective operation by persons with disabilities.Supervise employees with disabilities working in a commercial setting to carry out various tasks.ResponsibilitiesCarry out regular inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, furniture, and fixtures to ensure optimal output and safety.Report upcoming required repairs via the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.Assist employees with any needs associated with production and safety.Retool machinery to adapt to customer order requirements.Implement and facilitate upgrades to machinery to improve safety and performance.Supervise and train employees on the use of machinery where required.Enhance the production process where required.Ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements.Assist Goodwill Engineering in complying with ISO-relevant procedures and instructions.BenefitsOur employees are deeply connected with our vision and work hard to support our customers in achieving their goals.
