Our next Full-Time Maintenance Technician will be responsible to perform basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. Being a facility technician, you will assist with miscellaneous facility projects, including managing irrigation systems, maintaining grow room systems, basic grounds maintenance and oversight, and working with outside vendors to complete projects on site. You will be expected to utilize a work order system to log activities as required.
To Be Blunt You will be challenged to work tactically to ensure complete and on-time execution of daily/monthly tasks.
One minute you will be inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. The next minute you will be repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures as needed. And the next minute conducting periodic quality checks of equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard and maintaining HVAC system maintenance and preventative maintenance. Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work within a diverse team in the organization.
Where you'll be planted This position will be on-site at our Waterfall, PA facility. Hours will be 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.

Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements.
