Job Description
Repairs, alterations, additions and maintenance to all site electrical services and equipment.
Ensure all regulations involving electrical standards, WHS standards and safe working practices are followed.
Comply with established departmental environmental standards and assist with development of improved methods and standards for the Hotel overall.
Carry out various duties necessary to maintain hotel operations. These duties may not be confined to electrical trade, however, all government and company regulations must be complied with.
Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance schedules are carried out on services and equipment including but not limited to; high and low voltage electrical distribution, fire protection systems, telephone and data systems, air conditioning, general engineering plant and hotel equipment.
Qualifications
Strong Electrical skills highly regarded.
Proven expertise in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting within hotel environments.
Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to hotel electrical systems.
Track record of efficiently managing electrical projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.
