ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who is an experienced and qualified Electrician with demonstrated skills in maintaining and repairing technical systems. We have opportunities available for 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts. The successful candidate will join one of our existing site teams for 6-8 weeks of training before permanently being based in Truganina.
Here's what you'll do:
Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical supply and control circuits and equipmentBreakdown support during the facility working hoursTroubleshooting as necessaryPreventative and corrective maintenance of the PLC and control systemsTake responsibility for your own safety and the safety of co-workers, contractors, and visitorsMaintain all required documentationCarry out inspections, services and cleaning in accordance with the site's relevant programsApplication RequirementsWhat you need to succeed:
You have a current trade qualification and license as an Electrician or a relevant fieldYou're experienced in repairing and maintaining technical systems in a production environment or similarYou are a team player and experienced in managing multiple prioritiesYou have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfactionYou have high levels of physical fitness and are capable of exerting sustained physical effortYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of PLC controlled plant and equipment and/or pneumatic equipment desirableExperience in the FMCH industry is desirable
