Qualifications & experience Proven experience as a Maintenance HandymanA good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all timesHighly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritiseAbility to represent and build relationships with other divisionsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) Tasks & responsibilities General maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, general repairs and maintenance, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, basic plumbing, etc.Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and well maintained at all times.Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily, weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance.Maintain all machinery, equipment, and furniture to ensure it's at working standards.Assist other tradespeople as required Benefits Supportive and inclusive culture;A professional and safe working environmentGood employee benefits and entitlements.
