Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:The Opportunity We currently have the perfect full-time position if you are a motivated and skilled Industrial Electrician with proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or looking to take that next step and wants to join our supportive and very friendly team.

In this role you will be required to work:
Rotating 4/5 rosterMix of Day and Night – 12 hour shiftsBe able to work in a cool room / freezer environmentOvertime offered at times (overtime rates apply)Responsibilities You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreementsPoint of call for on shift team, main liaison with customer operations teamIdentifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and productsAdhering to and promoting safety standards and work practicesEnsuring customer operations runs efficiently and all facets of the system are online and running effectivelyLeading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achievedWhat we are looking for: We would like you to have experience in troubleshooting / problem solving equipment faults, be customer focused and ensure high quality service and output is delivered, as well as possessing the following qualifications & experience:
You will need: Australian recognised Unrestricted Electrical LicenceMust have a reasonable understanding of mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience in previous rolesExperience in leading small maintenance team in an automated warehouse / factoryClear, concise communication skills with ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levelsExperience with automation (conveyors and ASRS, Warehouse sortation/storage systems)Any PLC experience is highly regarded, we can provide training on Siemens S7 and SCADA systemsAttributes sought include: Experience with maintaining mechanical and pneumatic systemsComputerised maintenance systems experience (SAP, MEX, JDE) is idealAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics highly regardedUnderstanding of OH&S requirements and safe work behaviourAbility to work in isolation and within a teamExcellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customersMust have your own transportation and driver licenceWe also offer fabulous benefits such as: Annual Flu VaccinationCareer Progression with growth and development opportunitiesGreat Referral Program - $$'s paid for successful referralsCorporate Discounts on car rentals and IT products and accessoriesTools and uniformPaid Parental Leave for primary and secondary carer + SuperannuationVolunteer Leave / Purchased LeaveLearning and Development – courses applicable to your roleStudy Assistance (Further education) – applicable to your rolePlus more …!This is a fantastic opportunity with an attractive remuneration package on offer as well as rewarding career opportunities.
