Tasks and Qualifications:The Opportunity We currently have the perfect full-time position if you are a motivated and skilled Industrial Electrician with proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or looking to take that next step and wants to join our supportive and very friendly team.

As a collaborative leader committed to enhancing team culture and delivering great customer outcomes you will work at our high-profile customer site located The Port of Brisbane, QLD. In this role you will be required to work:
Rotating 4/5 roster Mix of Day and Night – 12 hour shifts Be able to work in a cool room / freezer environment Overtime offered at times (overtime rates apply) Responsibilities You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreements
Point of call for on shift team, main liaison with customer operations team
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products
Adhering to and promoting safety standards and work practices
Ensuring customer operations runs efficiently and all facets of the system are online and running effectively
Leading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achieved
What we are looking for: We would like you to have experience in troubleshooting / problem solving equipment faults, be customer focused and ensure high quality service and output is delivered, as well as possessing the following qualifications & experience:
You will need: Australian recognised Unrestricted Electrical Licence Must have a reasonable understanding of mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience in previous roles
Experience in leading small maintenance team in an automated warehouse / factory
Clear, concise communication skills with ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levels
Experience with automation (conveyors and ASRS, Warehouse sortation/storage systems)
Any PLC experience is highly regarded, we can provide training on Siemens S7 and SCADA systems
Attributes sought include: Experience with maintaining mechanical and pneumatic systems
Computerised maintenance systems experience (SAP, MEX, JDE) is ideal
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics highly regarded
Understanding of OH&S requirements and safe work behaviour
Ability to work in isolation and within a team
Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customers
Must have your own transportation and driver licence
