About The Role
Are you ready to take control of your career? We're currently seeking a Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Planner/Scheduler to join our team in the Upper Hunter Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for HME, utilising SAP to ensure effective resource allocation and maintenance execution. We're flexible and happy to consider candidates with either planning or scheduling experience.
Ideally, we are looking for M-F coverage, with up to 50 hours per week. The initial contract is for 4 months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule maintenance activities for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME). Utilise SAP to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans. Monitor and adjust schedules to meet operational requirements and deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices during all planning and scheduling activities. About You
To be successful, you will need experience in the following:
Experience as a Planner or Scheduler, ideally in an HME or mining environment. Proficiency in SAP for managing maintenance work orders and schedules. Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with stakeholders. Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to provide coverage as needed. You must have Australian Working Rights for this role. About Us
