About You To be successful you must have the following skills and attributes:
Relocation allowances are not provided, so candidates must either reside in Toowoomba or within a daily commutable distance from nearby towns.
Customer Service or Call Centre experience Strong administration and attention to detail Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking Active listening, verbal and written communications Strong time management and decision-making Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate and work in a busy team.
Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, Teams intermediate to advanced Excellent at building relationships with customers and contractors
