Maintenance Supervisors - Mobile Plant $80 per hour!!GPH Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors - Mobile Plant for local mining roles (DIDO) in the South West for an immediate start.These are a 'temp to perm' opportunity working a family-friendly 7&7 time roster (rotating day and night shifts). To be considered, the successful applicant must have accommodation and live within commuting distance of Collie, Western Australia.Successful applicants will hold:Relevant trade certificate (heavy duty mechanical)2 years supervisory experience in heavy industry or mining environments (preferably open cut)The ability to handle crucial situations in a calm and effective manner;Proven leadership experience and qualities;The ability to promote and encourage high performance and safety in the workplace; andThe ability to manage multiple projects and respond well to pressure.Maintenance Supervisors Mobile Plant Remuneration: $80.00 casual base.Please note: the $80.00 advertised rate is based on 12 hour rotating day/night shifts.
