About the role
Due to project growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team at one of our premier project sites.
As an experienced senior maintenance professional, you will be responsible for managing our maintenance team and activities across the project.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Ensuring that our workforce is fully engaged with our safety procedures whilst promoting a positive workplace culture.
Ensuring that all plant and equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with all client requirements and specifications.
Driving the delivery of all maintenance activities to ensure that the execution of maintenance works is efficient and without re-work.
Ensuring the quality of works of all employees and subcontractors are completed in line with company systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring that all warranty works are captured and successfully managed with the relevant OEM.
About you
As a leader within our business, you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating the following attributes:
Strong safety mindset with a passion for delivering all outcomes safely.
Mechanical heavy diesel trade qualification (AUR or MEM).
This is a must have!
Extensive knowledge of effective maintenance planning & work execution, contractor management, and maintenance systems.
Superior technical knowledge of heavy plant and equipment.
Extensive supervisory experience and the ability to coach a small team of trade qualified employees.
You'll be there to guide, support, and mentor a fabulous team.
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a natural flair to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
You'll work closely with our client.
