Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Job Type: Full-TimeReports to: Facilities Manager / Operations ManagerJob Overview:We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise the maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and systems are well-maintained and working properly. The Maintenance Supervisor will also oversee maintenance staff and handle daily maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to staff.Plant Maintenance; overlooking a team of Fitter/Turners.Keep track of maintenance records and plan preventive maintenance.Ensure all work is done safely and according to regulations.Train and support maintenance staff.Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies.Work with other departments to plan and manage improvement projects.Help manage the maintenance budget.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle emergency situations and multitask.Basic computer skills for maintenance management software.Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when needed.Compensation:Competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off.
