The CompanyOur client is a leading food manufacturer of a range of trusted food brands, enjoyed across Australia and globally.The Benefits:Great career progression opportunitiesSalary $110,000 - $120,000 + Super, per annumJoin an ASX listed businessThe RoleThe Maintenance Supervisor will manage a number of employees and contractors, ensuring maintenance and service duties are carried to a specific time, quality and cost standard.Oversee routine and unscheduled maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production lines to ensure optimal performanceAssign work schedules to their team in order to achieve expectations while following established timelinesDevelop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce equipment failures and extend their lifespanEnsure all maintenance work adheres to safety standards and protocols, promoting a safe work environmentMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and parts inventoryCollaborate with other departments to address maintenance and operational needs, participating in team meetings and projects.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a leader within a manufacturing environmentTrade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related fieldStrong mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for industrial machineryUnderstanding of safety procedures and protocolsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.
