This Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and managing the team and Material Handling System at Enfield Park, working closely with our team based at Erskine Park. This team's responsibility is to ensure the smooth operations of the site's materials handling system. You will be reporting to the Performance Manager Intralogistics New South Wales/Queensland and have a strong focus on Health and Safety and teamwork. Think Safe Act Safe Home Safe.
About The Role Working as part of a small, committed team, responsibilities will include: Proactive day-to-day supervision of all operational activitiesEnsure the materials handling system is operational, issues are rectified safely, quickly, and efficientlyAssist with operational duties during peak timesMonitor and report on systems performanceAdministration and record keeping including rostering and maintenance schedulingKeep up to date records on Health and SafetyAssist with effective and efficient management of a rostered team environmentMeasure and analyse shift, process, and system performance against KPIsAbout You Your qualifications, experience, and attributes will include: A full New South Wales Electrical Licence - EssentialTrade or tertiary qualifications along with experienceExperience in mechanical drives, including gearboxes, conveyor beltingExperience in pneumatics and hydraulics, including Solenoid Valves, cylinders, and flow regulatorsSound technical understanding of automated control systems or high-speed processing environmentsExperience leading, motivating, and delegating tasksSafety First approachOur Company Values Our Core Values are essential to our business.
