About the Role As our new Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of operations, leading the maintenance of both fixed and mobile plant equipment at the site. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly by coordinating electrical and mechanical servicing, as well as maintenance updates. If you have strong experience managing teams, a trade qualification in electro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, or a related field, this role is for you!
Duties include but are not limited to Participate in developing, recommending and instigating sustainable maintenance plans and programmes to ensure projects are completed in time with operational requirementsManage the maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, fixed and mobile plant and equipmentPerform Root Cause Analysis Reports and initiate continuous improvement plansEnsure the accurate and timely upkeep of all maintenance records within the company systemsEnsure that all export terminals are maintained and operated in accordance with current Environmental Legislation and ActsMotivate, coordinate and train employees to facilitate safe, competent and initiative driven outcomesWho we're looking for We're seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
