With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location, which currently employs up to 350 employees.About the Role:The Flavorite Maintenance Team are excited to be seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our expaninng team. As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees and contractors for all maintenance in relation to the upkeep of farm buildings, grounds and equipment. Supervising a team of seven maintenance professionals, you will have site wide responsibilities to ensure that the team complete maintenance works in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role will suit an experienced candidate with strong leadership skills, who is passionate about maintenance, safety, customer service, and is who is keen to contribute towards a positive and proactive maintenance culture.Responsibilities:Manage workloads through supervision, delegation and work order prioritisationManagement of team including recruitment, orientation and training of all employeesManage maintenance budgetsManage contractors to follow company policy ensuring quality of workmanship and budget KPI's are achievedReport weekly on work orders including completion, overdue and completed past due dateCreate, monitor and manage SWMS, risk assessments and standard operating proceduresPerformance management of direct reports ensuring quality and achievement of KPI's, employee development and engagementRequired Skills:Relevant trade qualification or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience in fitting out a Pack Shed / manufacturing equipment, including automation of equipment (desirable)Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to safe working practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships through all levels of the organisationSound judgement and problem-solving skills
