An opportunity to lead a team of enthusiastic and diverse people. We are seeking an experienced or emerging Maintenance Supervisor eager to lead a team of highly skilled maintenance personnel to achieve business goals through the efficient performance of maintenance activities.
This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to grow and develop their leadership capability.
To be successful in the role ideally you will possess:
Demonstrated experience in a fixed plant and heavy industry environment. Experience in analysing plant and equipment performance, identification of causes that may impact production and the development of strategies for improvement. Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships with Engineering, Operations, and other Maintenance departments. Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities to reduce repair and maintenance costs. Knowledge and experience in the implementation of Reliability Centred Maintenance. Knowledge of ports and logistics would be advantageous. Mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree with proven experience in heavy equipment and/or fixed plant maintenance. Formal training/education in Maintenance Process, Leadership and/or Six Sigma would be considered favourable however not necessary. Just some of our employee benefits include:
