Salmon rents & supports a complete range of Caterpillar & other heavy machinery used in the mining & construction sectors, providing high quality plant for short & long-term hire throughout Australia.

The position of Maintenance Supervisor will see you supporting a team of onsite maintenance staff dedicated to maintaining our fleet in a safe, reliable and competitive manner.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate (essential) Experience on CAT diagnostic systems or similar Commitment and leadership in following safe work practice Proven previous experience in leading a safe, proactive and dedicated maintenance team Ability to assist diagnosis and provide technical assistance to repair faults in a timely manner Ability to maintain service and maintenance records in both paper and electronic based systems A "can do" attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to quality control The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
