ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee defect rectification and facilities maintenance on large scale residential unit projects that have been completed in recent times. You will liaise with the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance works are carried out effectively. This position offers great employment stability as the company is currently in the process of completing additional projects and have a significant project pipeline for upcoming high profile large scale residential apartment buildings.
DUTIES. Maintenance SupervisionRectification and maintenance worksManagement of tradesGeneral handy workSKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferableProven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processesHigh-rise residential or commercial experience is highly desirablePrevious experience as a Foreman or Skilled Carpenter/Leading HandCULTURE.
