Maintenance Supervisor

Must have a minimum of 12 months experience with Handyman Duties and staff management skills! Great Staff Perks! Monday - Friday with flexible hours The RoleAs the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and surrounds and managing maintenance staff. Your duties will include:
Managing Reactive and Preventative Maintenance Minor property repairs (ie. Light bulbs, door hinges etc) Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies Upkeep of gardens and entranceways Monthly reporting Work closely with the Area Manager Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely Manage 3 maintenance support staff Delegate work to staff as needed Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs Candidate RequirementsTo be suitable for this role, you must have:
