About the role The City of Coffs Harbour is looking for passionate and determined professionals with leadership qualities to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of roadside, pavement, and drainage upkeep across our beautiful Local Government Area.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond the physical aspects of maintenance; you will also contribute to programming, budgeting, and the administration of our town's maintenance activities. You will supervise maintenance crews and oversee all aspects of maintenance work. Your skills in strategic planning, resource management, and staff motivation will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while adhering to safety, technical, and environmental standards. You will also provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to your team, helping them grow professionally in alignment with the organisation's goals.

About you Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision)Strong experience in road drainage and maintenanceNSW Construction Induction Card (White card)Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on offer?
