Maintenance Supervisor

The Role:
This company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at full capacity.
You will be reporting to the Plant Engineer and leading a highly skilled and successful maintenance team.
This role involves leading and monitoring the maintenance day-to-day activities required on the plant.
You will ensure that all maintenance and equipment tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Undertaking and monitoring training and development for approximately 12 skilled tradespeople, apprentices, and a greaser.Supervising the quality and work performance of trade and maintenance contractors.Ensuring strict compliance within OH&S procedures.Your background:
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
Trade background within mechanical or electrical.Leadership skills.Maintenance supervisor experience ideally within FMCG.What's on offer?
