Maintenance Supervisor

About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will check in with the Fleet Manager each day to discuss the status of machines that are on hire or off hire, as well as any breakdowns, servicing concerns, and maintenance issues. This will help assess scheduling and the urgency of any breakdowns. Your team will include a Maintenance Coordinator, on-site workshop fitters, subcontractors, and a trades assistant, all responsible for their daily tasks.

What you'll be doing Conduct regular inspections of plant mobile equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures. Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance, support, training, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Organise both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to reduce downtime and enhance equipment availability. Implement best practices in maintenance processes and procedures. What we're looking for Experience and exposure in a leadership role. Valid Australian Driver's license. Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen. About us
