Operating in several countries throughout the world, this opportunity as a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor will see you in the Australian operation working at the Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland. EPSA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be employed by the company on a full-time permanent basis, working a 7/7 roster. About the role: Ensure maintenance activities prioritise safety, through effective hazard identification and risk management.Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and developmental activities to members of the team driving a positive workplace culture.Ensure work order feedback and closeouts are completed accurately to improve maintenance efficiencies.Provide leadership to the workshop maintenance crews to achieve the maintenance plan.Assist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plans.Track maintenance performance and ensure operational issues are managed and communicated in a timely manner.To be successful you will have: Trade qualified with extensive experience in the maintenance of mining plant and equipment.Demonstrate positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour.Effective people management and development of experience and skills.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Work planning and scheduling skills.RIIRIS301 / RIIWHS301 / RIICOM301 / RIIRIS402 (formerly S1, S2, S3, G2)Current Coal Board MedicalCurrent Standard 11What we are offering: Attractive salary with above award leave entitlements.Employee benefits including salary sacrificing and novated lease.Drive in Drive out.Family-owned business with a focus on creating local employment opportunities.Work for a global organisation with an international footprint.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
