Iron Mine Contracting is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Civil Maintenance team in the Pilbara region.Your Role: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee both IMC Maintenance employees and contractors on-site, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
To be successful for this role you MUST have previous experience working with Mobile Earthmoving equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams and contractors.
Organise and lead training sessions for maintenance personnel.
Develop and manage shift schedules and task assignments.
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
Procure tools, supplies, and equipment required for maintenance operations.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure maintenance projects are completed on schedule.
Conduct safety inspections on worksites to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed.
Escalate issues to management and propose effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
About You: Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance management.
Trade-qualified with relevant technical expertise.
Valid Manual Driver's License.
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug screen.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
