About The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide quality and timely maintenance service across the Care Home, ensuring facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard that aligns with regulatory requirements and resident preferences. You will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the building, grounds, and equipment in-line with the Maintenance Schedules Partake and lead continuous improvement or corrective activities associated with the care home facilities Assist in the development of repair and maintenance budget, monitor the actual utilisation of budget, and escalate if there is any over-expenditure.
