Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is the beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.
Partner with the best As a Maintenance Specialist, you'll be providing high-quality maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You'll contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.
Salary Range: AUD 70,000 - 97,000 / Per-annum
As a Maintenance Specialist - Completion & Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:
Conducting troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly, and performing visual inspection including review of assembly & disassembly procedures, and test verification accuracy.Providing configuration test stations and systems including analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshooting equipment problems.Assisting the set-up of experiments and the recording of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.Providing training, supervision, mentorship, and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager.Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.Assisting in the preparation, development, and enhancement of maintenance procedural documentation.Evaluating maintenance processes for potential improvements in quality, reliability, turnaround times, and costs.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a technical diploma or equivalent.Have more than 5 years' experience in assembly, repair, maintenance & overhaul in completions & wellbore intervention tools.Have proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Have expert level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.Have proficiency in the use of basic and advanced electrical test equipment.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
