What role will you play As the Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of facilities and building maintenance services for our Melbourne CBD location that comply with all codes and regulations, meet service requirements, and ensure a safe and secure work environment for all building occupants and visitors. More specifically you will:
Maintain common areas throughout building including terraces and gardens to always present a clean and attractive appearanceBe responsible for the general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the buildingCoordinate any external contractors onsite & ensure complianceEstablish systems and procedures to facilitate preventative maintenance programs including selection of suppliers and support system, meeting budget and standard requirements as set by managementComplete a daily check of plant equipment, common facilities and property specific requirementsWork within and maintain procedures and standards for all operational areas to maximise efficiency of resourcesOperate within agreed company health and safety procedures.
