We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done and doing it safely.Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.This is a rare opportunity to support our Delta FM teams, providing top tier maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a Monday-Friday roster, working 8 hour days.
This role will see you work out of our Cannon Hill Head Office, and may be a hybrid role for the right candidate.The PositionProvide and manage scheduling of planned maintenance for all sitesDevelop and maintain site-based asset plansPrepare and submit maintenance plans and forecasts, offering solutions to competing schedule demandsSubmit monthly works plans per site to client representativesEnsure all site plans, operations, maintenance manuals and asset registers are maintainedProvide input into the development, implementation and update of site based plansLiaise regularly with internal and external stakeholdersAct as a point of contact for day-to-day technical advice on maintenance servicesProvide client-based reports, contingency and asset risk mitigation plans as requiredPerform system audits as requestedPrepare and deliver induction and refresher training as requiredIdentify potential improvement opportunities and develop and implement processes to improve the long-term maintenance planning and schedulingAttend site visits as requestedOther ad hoc duties as requiredThe PersonMaintenance planning/scheduling experience (essential)Previous experience working in Facilities Maintenance or trades background (essential)Prior experience in asset managementCompetent in Microsoft Office suite (essential)Previous experience using QFM, Pronto or similar systems (desirable)Exemplary communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service focusDemonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical approach to problem solvingFlexible approach and attitude with ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.The BenefitsPaid parental leaveMultiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go furtherEasy access to 100+ retail discountsOpportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal rolesAbove award wagesA chance to join an ecologically and socially forward operationInterested?
