About the role: Ace Plus has an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance, Reliability & Asset Manager to join our growing Maylands team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will support business strategic growth by identifying, developing and implementing best practice strategic asset management principles, processes and system development within the facility maintenance sector.
As we look to expand across Australia, you will focus on building and implementing client asset management strategies by maximising the effectiveness of our people, systems and processes to ensure a superior client experience and effective asset lifecycle management.

This role is responsible for: Conducting asset management, maintenance and reliability reviews, audits and gap assessmentsCreating and documenting improved asset management systems and business processesDeveloping strategic asset management plans and asset management plansUnderstanding and enhancing asset management competence within their organisationsDeveloping and implementing improved asset management processes and practicesCreating and documenting improved maintenance and reliability systems and business processesImproving maintenance planning and scheduling processes and practicesDeveloping and improving their processes for improving equipment reliabilityCoaching and training team members to implement improved maintenance management and reliability engineering processes and practicesCreating and delivering training in asset management, maintenance and reliabilityDeveloping proposals for new projectsProject managing and supervising the work of other consultantsLiaising with clients and potential clients to uncover potential leads and sales opportunitiesWhat we offer: Generous salary package and incentives with company vehicle, mobile and laptopFlexible hours Monday–FridayCentral Maylands office location with free on-site parkingA fun, friendly and supportive teamOpportunity to make this new role your ownCareer development and progression supported by business growthLong-term job security within an established and progressive businessRequired skills & experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industryWA Driver's LicenceExperience in asset lifecycle management and reliability improvement programsProficient in Microsoft Office & business systemsIn-depth understanding of asset management principlesKnowledge of facility maintenance techniques and condition monitoring toolsExperience in reliability-centred maintenance and failure modes and effects analysisSkills in performing root cause analysisProficiency in statistical tools and methods for reliability data analysisStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve optimal performanceSkills in conflict resolution, communication and collaborationProficiency in coordinating maintenance and reliability improvement projectsAbility to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines under pressureStrong understanding of project management toolsAbility to analyse asset performance data and interpret it to make data-driven decisionsStrong critical thinking to troubleshoot complex technical problemsExperience in implementing CMMS softwareSkills in configuring systems for asset tracking, reporting, and maintenance work ordersAbility to clearly communicate with various stakeholders and build strong relationshipsHow to apply: Click "Apply" and submit your latest resume.
