Maintenance Plumber

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with a background in maintenance or facilities management.
Enthusiastic and adaptable individual who is willing to learn and take on multi-trade tasks beyond plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance techniques, with a willingness to engage in electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other trade-related tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of issues with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications or a willingness to obtain them (e.g., White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and a valid Police Check).
Certification or in-progress certification in plumbing.
