Job Title: Maintenance Plumber and Gas FitterWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber and Gas Fitter to join our team at ISS in regional Western Australia. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of water supply, drainage, gas, and heating/cooling systems across two large educational sites.
Key Responsibilities:Undertake completion of both Statutory & Non-Statutory planned preventative maintenance tasks and Reactive tasks.Ensure all current and future works comply with Australian Standards 3500 & all other relevant state regulations, legislations & requirements.Requirements:WA Plumbing Contractor license Issued by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety- for classes Water supply & Sanitary & Drainage PlumbingPlumbing Tradesperson license issued by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and SafetyBackflow Prevention Ticket desirable but not required.Why Work with Us?At ISS, we believe in creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
