Career Opportunities: Maintenance Planning Superintendent (50603)Requisition ID 50603 - Posted - AU Phosphate Hill - Full Time• Base Salary $180K - $185K + super + annual bonus• FIFO from Townsville or salary sacrificed from other centres• 4/3 RosterAt IPL, our people vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive, and high-performing teams on the ground.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you lead maintenance planning, shutdown planning, shutdown execution, and utilities on site.Your duties will include but not be limited to:Leadership of the maintenance planning, shutdown planning, and utilities teamsImproving maintenance planning processes and proceduresMonitoring of and improving maintenance performance through KPI'sDocumenting work management and maintenance budgeting processes for the sitePlanning and execution of routine maintenance shutdownsWhat you'll bringIdeally, you will have proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance environment in mining or heavy industry.
