We are seeking a leader with the right mindset—someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, gracefully manages multiple priorities, and encourages others to bring their best selves to the workplace.Key Responsibilities includeLead, mentor, and inspire the Maintenance Planning team to achieve outstanding results through providing guidance and supportCollaborate with stakeholder input to align Maintenance prioritisation and program completion seamlessly aligned with overall business goalsChampion process improvements and best practices to enhance team productivity and operational efficiencyCultivate strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring maintenance priorities are in harmony with the broader businessMonitor and analyse performance metrics, manage risks, and develop strategies to continuously improve and drive enhancement of planning processesProviding clear visibility of potential risk scenarios and assisting in development of mitigation strategiesAbout YouRelevant program management experience in utilities or related maintenance services (Overhead, Distribution Substation, and Zone Substation maintenance preferred)Demonstrated success in managing CAPEX and OPEX programs, balancing resources, and delivering within tight deadlinesExceptional people leadership and team-building skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilitiesUnderstanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements (Desirable)Proven ability to drive change, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and foster innovationOur people are our energy source, and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
