About the Role:Teys Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join the Asset Management team based at our Wagga site, NSW.
Reporting to the Facility Asset Manager, this opportunity will enable and support site production through strategically planning maintenance activities and resources.
The site's objective is to achieve Zero Downtime in key production areas by year end 2025, and this role will align maintenance activities and resources to deliver quality outcomes.
You will develop weekly maintenance work schedules to optimize resource utilization and maintenance window opportunities and target completion rates in line with the site's cost and quality targets.
You will also support the compliance of environmental, health and safety programs and conformance with all procedures, instructions, and requirements.
Other key responsibilities will include:Monitoring, report and document accurate procedures, processes and records;Looking for initiatives to foster continuous improvement;Participate in Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Maintenance Optimization programs;Assist Management with the control of plant maintenance costs.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a well-established Asset Management team within a company that fosters a supportive team culture and development opportunities.
About You:It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
