The operation has approval to mine over 12Mtpa, with a mine life of 2038.Bulga has a HME fleet with over 130 major assets consisting of:80+ Haul trucks including 797F, 793C/D, 789, 930E-5 fleets.40+ mobile assets including 1850's, D11's, D10's, 16M's, 18M's, 24 series graders, 854's & 775 Service Carts.17+ dig and drill units including a 4100XPC shovel, Hitachi, Liebherr, CAT excavators & a mix of drills.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Maintenance Long Term Planner to oversee the maintenance master data, shut planning, budget monitoring and safety management with the Maintenance Team. The position is permanent full-time, working a Monday to Friday roster, with an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses.Reporting to the Maintenance Senior Planner, you will be primarily responsible for:Maintaining master data ownership of an allocated fleet.Delivering shutdowns to budget, time, and schedule.Providing SAP component forecasting to relevant stakeholders.Reporting & assisting in compiling asset budgets.Input into creation and updating of FMECAs.Utilising condition monitoring & asset health functions to feed into the long-term plan.Working closely with the fleet pre-servicer, short-term planner, and team leaders.About youTrade certificate or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Demonstrated exposure to computerised maintenance management systems.Extensive knowledge of SAP, MS Project & Excel.Previous experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What we offerA site that prides itself on and has a reputation for a great work culture.An attractive remuneration package including short-term performance-based bonuses.A focus on your career progression including Training and development, tailored personal development plans, career pathways and educational assistance.Access to Coal Mining Industry Long Service Leave.5 Weeks Annual Leave per year.Applications Close: 29/11/2024Glencore provides unrivalled career and development prospects, great communities and the opportunity to work with leaders in your field.
