Our mission is to enhance our reputation in the mining industry.The Opportunity:The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for effectively planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and minimising machine downtime.Roster Available: 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth, WARole Located: Pilbara WA RegionAbout the role:Management of data including events, work orders and backlogs in AMT (Asset Management Software) to ensure accurate information is being captured.Review MTBF Data and MTTR Data and provide strategies to improve.Review machine downtime contributors using a Pareto analysis or similar.Management of critical spare parts on site in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendents and Store personnel.Seek alternative products or strategies to improve any shortfallsWork in conjunction with offsite maintenance planners to complete required component planning.Plan and execute major shutdowns on site equipment.Complete weekly maintenance management plan and provide coaching and mentoring to Supervisors, where necessary.What we are looking for:Mechanical Trade qualification preferred but not essentialExperience planning/scheduling maintenance on a wide range of mining equipment & heavy plant machinery.Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment condition, monitoring and analysis.Experience using CMMS system AMT highly advantageous.Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical.Valid C Class Manual Drivers License.Please note: To be considered for this role, applicants must be an Australian Citizen or have a permanent residency visa.
