The Opportunity: Lynas Rare Earths is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the team. In this exciting position, you will play an integral role in planning and scheduling all resources and materials required to enable the successful completion of work requirements for the Maintenance department. This is a permanent full-time, fly in/fly out (FIFO) position from Perth to our Mt Weld Operations on an 8/6 roster.
As a highly valued member of the Lynas Rare Earths team, you will: Develop maintenance plans to include all resources and materials to ensure successful task executionDevelop a weekly work schedule with maintenance and operational teamsEnsure any risks identified are communicated to the relevant supervisors and report any hazards requiring attention.Have sound knowledge and understanding of mechanical/electrical planningRecommend modifications to equipment, design and process that will aid reliability and plant throughput.What you will bring to the team: Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in the Mining IndustryProficient with maintenance planning tools and software, such as Pronto and MS ProjectStrong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple prioritiesEffective problem-solving skillsQualifications: Trade Certificate or similarValid C class - WA Manual Drivers LicenseWe are committed to ensuring that our workplace is inclusive, where all our people feel that they belong, are valued, and respected.
