The Opportunity
We are inviting applications for our Maintenance Planner role, a crucial position emphasizing short and long-term maintenance planning for our site's fixed infrastructure and equipment.
Central to this role is instilling a strong safety culture, integrating it into all planned work orders and maintenance operations.
Your responsibilities would include:
Executing maintenance planning and scheduling for the site's mechanical, electrical, and operational teams.
Organising resources, labour, materials, and plant accessibility for preventative, planned, and emergent maintenance work.
Liaising with procurement and supply departments in MRL for punctual arrival of inventory, direct order materials, and equipment.
Contributing to the review, development, and implementation of systems, processes, and procedures improving equipment performance, administration reduction, and overall equipment life cycle sustainability.
Chairing weekly planning meetings to discuss schedule adherence, maintenance tasks, materials, plant availability impacts, and labour requirements.
What is required?
Essential: Experience with Pronto.
Advantageous, though not required: Trade certificate.
Demonstrable experience in planning multiple activities for remote areas with knowledge of logistical issues.
Experience in Shutdown/Maintenance Planning.
Advanced Microsoft Programs skills.
Familiarity with production activities in a mineral processing plant.
