About the Role Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this role will be responsible for: Working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure continuous improvement of Maintenance Practices and KPI's and identify areas of concern and focus.
Provide Training and Support of maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system users to ensure optimum use and that the full potential is being realized.
Maintain an accurate Asset Register in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and ensure work orders are confirmed and closed routinely.
Escalate issues to Engineering Manager Use statistical methods to analyze equipment performance and failure data to determine the need for adjustments in Preventative Maintenance plans.
Work towards having all assets and spare parts catalogued and maintained in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and robust Preventative Maintenance routines developed for each asset.
