Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will also be required to conduct analysis of downtime to identify key issues and implement corrective actions by adjusting existing maintenance plans or creating new ones to minimise future downtime.Key responsibilities include:Oversee the CMMS system regarding work requests, planned maintenance, purchasing and inventory control.Manage third party sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance to agreed standards and performance expectations.Analysing and recognising the need for new PMS and additional spares.Enter accurate data and work history into the MEX post-entry system.Establish a communication process to keep key stakeholders informed of maintenance schedules and progress.Produce weekly reports on downtime and facilitate root cause analysis, implementing changes when needed to the planned maintenance program.About you:Trade or engineering qualifications.5+ years proven experience as a maintenance planner within FMCG.Knowledge and experience in FMEAs & RCA's.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.Ability to keep track of and report on activity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software (MEX Experience Preferred, but not essential).Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Experience in creating, managing Engineering SOP's and maintenance documentation.
