The Role :
Comply with and actively demonstrate compliance with AWCON Quality, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability & Execution Plans.
Application of knowledge, skills, and management techniques against project activities to meet project requirements.
Scheduling maintenance activities for plant equipment, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Conducting resource analysis to define business needs and opportunities.
Organising and detailed recording (hard and electronic) of labour, materials, plant & equipment mobilisation, utilisation, availability, and procurement / movements.
Providing advice and support to designated projects in operational and coordination matters, including technical advice on resource management.
Monitoring project performance and KPIs vs. tendered.
Assisting in developing pricing and solution strategies for maintenance projects in conjunction with Project Managers.
Managing and coordinating maintenance personnel and providing technical input to projects when required.
Providing QA / QC & HR support Administrative responsibility for project resource management.
Accountable, in conjunction with the Civils Project Manager & Superintendent, for the safe, compliant, quality, budget, and schedule achieved delivery of AWCON Projects.
Qualifications :
Construction White Card.
First Aid Certificate.
Driver's License (minimum Class C).
Relevant tertiary qualification or industry certification or equivalent experience in resource management.
Excellent working knowledge of Civil Construction Scheduling and Design Software.
Sound mathematical, scientific, and IT skills.
Ability to think methodically, manage projects, and solve problems.
Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiating, supervisory, and leadership skills.
Complete knowledge of relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop maintenance planning strategies and schedules for all plant equipment.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
