About The Opportunity Programmed's Facility Management department are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join our Support Service Function for several of our Western Australian Contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for providing reactive, proactive, and general maintenance across the contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful scheduling and delivery of works throughout the contract. With a focus on excellent customer service and safety, you will ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with contractual and quality assurance requirements while ensuring the process is exceeded for both the company and the customer.

Maintain a strong relationship with the client and the vendors. About You To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in a previous planning / scheduling role. Additionally, you will have:
