The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Planner/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally, working on a variety of specialised equipment.
Permanent, full-time positionMonday – Friday, 38-hour weekBased in Port of BrisbaneCompetitive remuneration packageSupportive team environmentOngoing development opportunities for career growthA commitment to promoting workplace diversity & inclusivityAccess to QubeCare, our employee wellbeing programKey Responsibilities Maintain and monitor maintenance & NHVR compliance.Ensure internal corporate KPI compliance.Record & archive pre-starts and enter hours into the maintenance management system.Complete weekly maintenance reports.Coordinate availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities, faults, and repairs with the operations team across Australia.Update and complete work orders.Handle procurement, quotes, invoicing, and freight.Assist with asset acquisitions & disposals.Engage subcontractors for overflow works.Book and arrange travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel.Prepare maintenance KPI reports.Qualification & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
