About The Position We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our welcoming and friendly team on a Full time basis.
Located at The Green in Tarragindi, this role will allow you to utilise your knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
This role is integral in ensuring that our residents at the centre of everything we do, by ensuring exceptional professional and respectful service to those who call our beautiful village home.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for: Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and grounds Attending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the village Coordinate trades and services to ensure repairs occur in a timely manner Monitoring pest control Assist the Gardening and Cleaning staff for operational requirements and needs Follow all Workplace, Health and Safety standards and report any safety or security concerns Essential Criteria As part of the application process, you will be required to provide proof of right to work in Australia and verification of identification in addition to: Great communication skills essential Ability to work independently as part of the Village team Trade Certificate or equivalent experience A full unrestricted drivers licence (desirable) National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing Please use a short cover letter to let us know why this is the perfect potion for you To take the next step in your career click 'APPLY NOW' to complete our online application.
