Maintenance Person (Non-Trade Qualified)

About the role We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our team at Riverina Gums Retirement Village on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing all general repairs and maintenance services across the village. Your duties will include: Attending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the village Coordinating trades and services to ensure the management of repairs occurs in a timely manner Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and grounds Working with our residents with a professional and courteous manner Cleaning vacant units to a sales presentation standard About you Previous experience working in a similar role maintenance or labourer style role Energetic, friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with the village team and residents as required A current First Aid Certificate and a current CPR A full unrestricted drivers licence A valid National Police Check If you are looking for the opportunity to develop a career and contribute to the success of RetireAustralia and the satisfaction of our residents, please 'apply' below.
