The roles are located at Central Queensland Livestock Exchange (CQLX) facility, located on Saleyards Road, Gracemere, QLD.

Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Facility Repairs: Address and resolve Infrastructure and mechanical issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for livestock.Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive measures to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of plant and equipment and facility infrastructure.Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to understand their needs and provide timely support.Requirements: Proven experience in plant and equipment maintenance.Light Fabrication and welding experience.Knowledge of plant and equipment such as loaders, tractors, feed mixers.Knowledge of pumps and livestock watering systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Willingness: Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
