Maintenance Person / All Rounder / Tradesperson

We are seeking a full time maintenance person who is also an all rounder to work primarily at our shopping centre and also throughout our property portfolio more broadly.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment but also have experience in carpentry, stud wall and ceiling construction and flushing. Additional experience in tiling and/or painting would also be preferred. 
As part of the role, you will be responsible for day to day maintenance and repairs, management of capital works projects, assisting with shop refurbishments and completing fitout works prior to the handover of a tenancy. 
You will need to supply your own tools but we do have a range of our own tools and equipment that can be utilised. We will also provide you with a vehicle and fuel.
The role is to be carried out during normal work hours, Monday to Friday.
